Little Bit fo Summer

Have I ever told you how much I LOVE summer??? Sigh. Due to an injury I have been stuck in doors for awhile and haven't been able to get out enjoy the warmness. However, the other day I was driving as the sun was setting. It was beautiful. Luckily I had my camera and was able to get this quick shot. Yes, I am in the car...as you can probably tell. Still...it was another lovely summer evening!

Independence Day!

Happy Independence Day! This has to be one of my FAVORITE holidays! I love the patriotism, the parades,the food, the warm summer nights, saltwater taffy, being with family....should I go on??? In short I LOVE it! I am so grateful to live in this land of liberty. I am grateful for those who sacrifice so much to keep us free. I love America! I had to share a few pix from the festivities!












Okay...seriously folks. I NEED one of those trunks!! Where do you find one of those?? I may have to start scouting out thrift stores!
